打從五年前(2003年9月)，入校園當全職學生後，仍像以前打完「書釘」後，買下心頭好，滿足的捧著喜歡的書回家，翻一翻，便擱在書架封塵。忙於上課、做research、做 powerpoint presentation、寫 report、數份花時間卻回報率偏低的 partime/freelance job … 看書的快速度比前慢下來。
去年(2007) 5月，好友Anna生日，Debby與我和她吃晚飯。一向很疼我的Anna居然有禮物給不是生日的我。
是她的boss Alice (Wonder Woman!)剛去了秘魯meditation/修行，回來後給她介紹了這書。
還未細讀，主要原因當然是懶，其次是忙(時間花在那裡?!)，再其次是精神不集中(上網時卻很集中!)。
近來被 DY (blog-友)提起，從書架取下，拍掉薄薄的塵，再翻看，快速地發現以下精華：
書的扉頁：

不到200頁的書，印刷精美，彩色光面印刷，我最鍾情的啡色調子，古樸、古雅。掀著掀著，仿佛透著樹香、紙香、還有紅酒、橡木桶的芬芳氣味 …
最重要的有六大chapters：
The Secret to Money, Relationships, Health, World, You and Life
每一chapter有 “Secret Summaries”，是精華中的精華：
The Secret to Relationships: “Focus on the qualities you love about yourself and the law of attraction will show you more great things about you.”
The Secret to You: “The Universe merges from thought. We are the creators not only of our own destiny but also of the Universe.”
The Secret to Life: “Do what you love. If you don’t know what brings you joy, ask, ‘What is my joy?’ As you commit to your joy, you will attract an avalanche of joyful things because you are radiating joy.”
最後的一句，我且稱之為 The Secret to Secret: “Now that you have learned the knowledge of The Secret, what you do with it is up to you. Whatever you choose is right. The power is yours.”
好極了！這書已傳達了一個重要的訊息給我，把我向來做人的 theory合理化 ─ 我可以繼續發夢，總有夢想成真、夢寐以求的一天！
